Your daily job can be assisted by many components of your staff that, in base to their specialty, will attend to ensure you a more correct management you your club. To hire new staff costs 1.000 euro for each person, the same thing to fire them. Each component of your staff will have a wage of 500 euro.

Groundsmen

Their job is to keep efficiently your arena and to do this they ensure you a less important decrease of the efficiency in the time and, so, lower costs linked to it. You have to valuate weel their hiring because for small arenas they couldn't be necessary.

PR

They allows you to receive higher contract by sponsors, both club sponsors and individual sponsors. They allows you to earn up to 10% more than a club sponsor would have paid you without them. Also in this case, you have to valuate well their hiring: they get even their wage only if you have in your club interesting athletes related to the contract.

Doctors

Their job is to heal as quickly as possible your injured athletes, to have back them at your disposal full time. You have to valuate well their hiring, because for a few injured athletes, or for less important ones they couldn't be so necessary.
