From Maxithlon

To play to Maxithlon it is necessary to comply to some basic rules of conduct. We believe that for someone to take advantage of the game by breaking the rules, written or not, is against the values that are at the base of a game. If an user doesn't comply with the rules he will be sanctioned with a punishment or with the immediate closing of the club, so we beg you to respect the following topics and to notify to the operators any violation:

1. It is forbidden to own more than one club in the game.
2. If two or more users log onto the game with the same PC or they are relatives or friends, it's forbidden to buy and to sell athletes and, within reason, the participation in competitions organized by the other user.
3. It is forbidden to give your account to another manager in the game, to log into the account of another manager, or to give you password to another user.
4. It is mandatory to select the nation where you live or, if you live abroad, the one where you were born.
5. Team's names, arena's names and manager's names may not be indecent or slanderous.
6. If you receive an out of market offer, or many offers by the same user, it's expedient to notify the sale to the operators that will adjust the pay-off. If you don't notify them, there will be a fine as well as the adjustment of the pay-off.
7. It is forbidden to abuse or to personally attack other users: if you see an unfair behaviour by another user it's expedient to notify an operator and to keep the evidence of what happened. Refer to the moderators about anything that happens in the national Federation.
8. It is forbidden to promote your own competitions and your own sales writing the name in uppercase or promoting them by private messages or by press releases. In the case of the use of the uppercase the fine is 5.000. The same treatment is reserved to those who name their Meeting in a tricky way or naming them with some names that can be confused with official Competitions' names.
9. It is forbidden to talk about politics, religion or pornography as well as to promote the usage and the consumption of outlawed materials and substances.
10. You are only allowed to write only in Italian or in English in the national Federations; in the international Federation you are only allowed to write in english.
11. In the Federation you must always follow the rules of the different sections avoiding cheating, blaming, protesting against moderators and operators and the opening of multiple threads about recent arguments.
12. It is forbidden to comment on a decision of the staff or the ban in the forum or in every public places of the game (federations, news, ...). It's possible to talk about it only by e-mail, by the internal message service in Maxithlon with the person that has inflicted the ban or any other measure.
13. It's forbidden to scan the website or to create, distribute and use software that computerizes any part of the game, unless they are authorized by the developers of Maxithlon. Moreover it is forbidden to include any part of the game in other websites or softwares.
14. It's forbiddent to exploit any error or bug in the game and in the rules.

For any problem concerning to the behaviour of an user, that you believe is against the above rules, or instances of what seems to be unfair play, contact us by the appropriate form Reports. The applied actions won't be made public.
