Regional Meeting

Regional Meetings are competitions in which only the clubs of the same region of the organizer can attend. Each club can organize 4 meetings in a season, one dedicated to the category of young ahtletes and one to category of master athletes and two to the category of senior athletes. The category is determined by the age of the athlete. To organize a regional meeting is easy, just click on competitions and then on create competition. Now you need to choose the features of the meeting like: category, enrollment cost, if there will be a standing of the competition (in this case the organizer will pay an award to the winner), minimum performance required, a limit to the number of enrolled athletes for each club in an event. Later you need to choose date, hour and name of the competition and events scheduled. Initially your arena will have only 4 lanes and you will be able to schedule a maximum of 8 events for each competition, but this limit can be enhanced enlarging your arena.
