Form is the main skill for the performances of an athlete. Obviously the form of an athlete affects in a substantial way his performances: a low level of form will always prevent an athlete to excel in any event or, however, he couldn't express his full potential.

Form falls every time the athlete attends in an event; the falling is greater if the athlete attends two event in the same competition. The amount of the falling also depends by the attitude the athlete puts on the event: racing with "low attitude" will cause a smaller falling than the normal, but also the performance will be lower, while racing with "high attitude" will cause a greater falling than the normal but with a higher performance.

The form changes in occasion of the weekly training and is mainly affected by the age and the care of the athlete. If the athlete has a coach that trains him is better, because he will allow the form to increase depending on the skills of the coach and on the arranged training.

If you make an athlete race with low form the risk of injuries is higher. Also the attitude of the athlete in the event will affect the risk of injury: racing with high attitude will cause an higher risk than normal, while racing with low attitude will cause lower risk than normal.

To increase the form of an athlete it can be useful to make him race only once a week with low attitude: if the athlete gets the training, after a few weeks the form will tend to be higher compared with the beginning.

A correct management of the form allows to adjust it at middle values. The trend of this parameter is subject to steady wavers, with fallings because of the events and improvements in correspondence to the weekly training.

The minimum value of the form is 11.
