23)What is the efficiency of the arena, how can I bring it back to 100%?
The efficiency shows the maintenance level of your arena, that decreases over time, especially after competitions have been hosted inside it. It is very important to keep restoring the efficiency to 100% because, if it falls under 95%, there's the risk of losing some of your parts of the arena (lanes, seats, press...). You can hire some groundsmen to slow down the decay of your arena.
