From Maxithlon

If you notice any anomaly in the game or you see any error, please inform the Maxithlon Staff about it with a description as detailed as possible. We will try to analyze and settle the bug as soon as possible. You can also use the Federation to verify if it happened only to you, if it's really a bug or simply to talk about it.

Bugs are errors in software writing, and like every known software, not even Maxithlon isn't and will never be immune. We assure a steady bug monitoring and prevention, but we aren't so sure that some bug can't stay alive. We work now and forever to settle them as soon as possible, but in the case some of them cause you some problem, we will ever try to find a solution able to recover the damage you suffered. In the case this isn't possible, we ask to comprehend our situation.

It's absolutely forbidden to exploit a bug at your own advantage, the punishment will be the closing of your club. Besides you have to inform the operators or the admin about the bug as above.
